Winap Customs Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

Welcome to Winap Customs. By purchasing products, requesting custom fabrication, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to clearly explain how our products, custom fabrication services, payments, modifications, and responsibilities work.

1. About Winap Customs

Winap Customs is a small fabrication business specializing primarily in off-road and automotive products, including bumpers, vehicle armor, and other fabricated metal products. We also create overlanding and camping products such as storage panels, camping equipment, and other custom-fabricated gear.

Our products are designed and fabricated with an emphasis on functionality, customization, and off-road use.

2. Handmade & Fabricated Products

Our products are fabricated by hand. Because of the nature of handmade fabrication, minor variations may exist between individual products, photographs, prototypes, concepts, and finished products.

These variations may include, but are not limited to, small differences in dimensions, weld appearance, finish, shape, placement of features, or other details that do not substantially change the intended function of the product.

Product photographs, renderings, prototypes, drawings, and concept images may not always represent the exact final appearance of every product.

Winap Customs reserves the right to make reasonable changes to designs, dimensions, materials, construction methods, or features as products are developed and improved.

3. Custom Products & Modifications

Winap Customs offers custom fabrication for customers who want something unique. Custom work may include a completely new product designed specifically for a customer or a modification to an existing Winap Customs product.

Customers may contact us before purchasing if they have questions about compatibility, measurements, modifications, materials, design, or other requirements.

Custom products are fabricated according to the information and requirements provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and communicating any important requirements before fabrication begins.

Future changes to a custom design after fabrication has begun may result in additional material, labor, or fabrication costs.

4. Product Fitment & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they purchase the correct product for their vehicle or intended application.

Before purchasing, customers should verify:

  • Vehicle year

  • Vehicle make and model

  • Trim level

  • Existing modifications

  • Required measurements

  • Compatibility with other aftermarket parts

  • Intended use

  • Any other specifications necessary for proper installation

If you are unsure whether a product will work for your specific vehicle or setup, we encourage you to contact Winap Customs before purchasing.

We are happy to answer questions and discuss potential modifications or customization options when possible.

5. Installation & Fitment Disclaimer

Some Winap Customs products are designed as fabrication-oriented products and may require additional work during installation.

Depending on the product and vehicle, installation may require welding, drilling, cutting, grinding, trimming, repositioning, or other modifications.

Some products may require welding or additional fabrication to be completed by the customer after purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed correctly and safely.

Winap Customs is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or other problems resulting from improper installation, self-installation, welding, drilling, cutting, modification, or other work performed by the customer or another party.

If you are not experienced with fabrication or welding, we recommend having the product installed by a qualified professional.

6. Off-Road Use & Product Limitations

Off-roading, overlanding, vehicle modification, and related activities carry inherent risks.

By purchasing and using Winap Customs products, you acknowledge that off-road driving and vehicle modification can result in vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, or other risks.

Winap Customs products are designed for their intended purposes, but no fabricated product can guarantee protection against every possible situation.

Winap Customs does not guarantee that bumpers, armor, or other protective products will prevent damage to a vehicle in every accident, rollover, collision, impact, trail obstacle, or other situation.

Winap Customs is not responsible for products breaking, bending, deforming, or becoming damaged as a result of crashes, impacts, excessive force, misuse, abuse, improper installation, modifications, or other circumstances beyond the intended use of the product.

7. Customer Modifications

Customers may modify products at their own discretion when necessary for their specific vehicle or setup.

However, Winap Customs is not responsible for damage, failure, injury, or other problems resulting from modifications made by the customer or another party.

Modifications may also affect the original design, strength, fitment, or intended function of a product.

If you are unsure whether a modification is appropriate, contact Winap Customs before making the modification.

8. Pricing

Product prices are subject to change at any time.

Winap Customs reserves the right to correct pricing errors, incorrect listings, typographical errors, or other mistakes displayed on the website.

If an incorrect price is displayed due to an error, Winap Customs reserves the right to contact the customer regarding the correct price or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

9. Payment & Standard Orders

For standard products purchased through the website, payment is considered final once the customer completes checkout and selects the applicable purchase or "Buy Now" option.

Once payment has been completed, fabrication may begin.

Because many Winap Customs products are fabricated specifically for orders, customers should carefully review their product selection, vehicle information, and specifications before completing their purchase.

10. Custom Orders & Material Deposits

Custom fabrication projects may require a material deposit before fabrication begins.

When a customer contacts Winap Customs about a custom project, we may provide an estimated price and request a deposit to cover the materials needed to begin the project.

The remaining balance will generally be due once the custom product has been completed.

The material deposit is refundable if the customer is not satisfied with the final product, subject to discussion with Winap Customs.

Additional changes requested by the customer after the original design or project has been agreed upon may require additional materials, labor, or fabrication time and may increase the overall price.

Any additional costs resulting from customer-requested design changes are not refundable once those additional materials or labor have been used.

11. Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Winap Customs is not responsible for shipping costs incurred by the customer, including return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Winap Customs is also not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping after the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers should inspect packages and products upon delivery and contact Winap Customs as soon as possible if significant shipping damage is discovered.

12. Intellectual Property

All original Winap Customs designs, CAD files, drawings, models, product concepts, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, written content, website content, and other original materials are the property of Winap Customs unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, modified for commercial use, or used to manufacture competing products without written permission from Winap Customs.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

Winap Customs is not responsible for problems, damage, injury, or loss caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Self-installation

  • Improper use

  • Misuse

  • Abuse

  • Customer modifications

  • Incorrect welding or fabrication

  • Incorrect vehicle information

  • Incorrect measurements

  • Use outside the intended purpose

  • Accidents or collisions

  • Off-road impacts

  • Failure of other vehicle components

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage occurring during shipping

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their vehicle, application, skill level, and intended use.

14. Right to Refuse Custom Work

Winap Customs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a custom fabrication project at any point during the process.

Custom work may be declined for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, feasibility, material availability, project requirements, changes in circumstances, or other reasons determined by Winap Customs.

If Winap Customs cancels or declines a custom project after receiving a payment or deposit, the customer will be refunded the applicable amount owed to them, subject to any materials or work already agreed upon and used where applicable.

15. Agreement to These Terms

By purchasing a product, submitting an order, requesting custom fabrication, or using the Winap Customs website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use Winap Customs products or services.
